Refund Policy

At PRX Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 3–4 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Sale items or items purchased under promotions may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Accessories (such as caps, socks, or undergarments) for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at prxonlinesales@gmail.com within 3–4 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.

  3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us at the provided return address.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
