Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Sale items or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Important: Store Credit Only
All approved returns will be refunded only as Store Credit.
No cash or bank refunds will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Accessories (caps, socks, undergarments) for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards or vouchers.
How to Request a Return

Contact our support team at prxonlinesales@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team.
Return & Store Credit Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be issued Store Credit within 3–5 business days.

Store Credit can be used on any future purchase from PRX Clothing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost.
